URGENT: Senior/ Buyer (Industrial Displays/ Panel PCs/ Electronics component))

Responsibilities: Handle the full spectrum of purchasing activities, including sourcing, RFQ preparation, price negotiation, shipping coordination, and delivery follow-up.
Review and procure materials, components, and equipment according to MRP requirements.
Monitor and expedite material deliveries with vendors to align with production schedules and address any supply issues.
Collaborate closely with the supply chain and planning teams to ensure optimal customer satisfaction.
Manage inventory levels by reviewing and implementing stocking rules as defined by management.
Coordinate with logistics partners for shipment arrangements, tracking, and customs documentation.
Oversee supplier performance to ensure compliance with quality, delivery, and inventory targets.
Maintain accurate purchasing documentation, including vendor setup, database updates, and submission of PO/DN/invoices to Finance.
