- 10/10, 10/11 8a-8a
- 10/24-10/27 8a-8a
- 11/16-11/18 8a-8a
- 11/21, 11/22 8a-8a
- 12/12, 12/13 8a-8a
- 12/19, 12/20 8a-8a
Clinical Details
- 15-18 patients per day in clinic
- 10/15 procedures per week
- 3-4 surgeries per week
- EMR: Cerner
- 99 beds
- Required procedures Ureteroscopy, laser lithotripsy, TURP, TURBT, flexible cystoscopy
- Preferred: TRUS biopsy, in-clinic vasectomy
- Disposable flexible cystoscopes available
Requirements
- Board Certified or Board Eligible
- Active AZ License or IMLC
- DEA
