Reason for Coverage: Long-term permanent search
Practice Setting:
- Inpatient and Clinic coverage at 3 facilities
- New Castle PA - Surgery, clinic and call coverage
- Hermitage PA - Clinic and call coverage
- Farrell PA - Clinic and call coverage
- Provider would only work at one location per day
- Average 20-25 PPD in clinic
- Average call volume 0-4 calls per night
- Inpatient APP coverage Monday-Friday, 8:00a-4:00p
Schedule:
- 24 hour coverage, Monday-Friday
- Clinic hours 8:00a-4:00p
- Average 5 shifts per month
Patient Population: Adult
EMR: EPIC, Cerner
Credentialing: 90 days
