Job role
Onboarding Specialist will be responsible for getting an employee onboarded and getting their Drug Test and Background verification processed along with their badging and sharing of credentials with employee and coordinating with HR team for employee orientation.
PRINCIPAL ACCOUNTABILITIES - BGV, DT & Badging
Major Activities -
Gather and process paperwork, like contracts and non-disclosure agreements.
Craft and send emails with information about the company and position, including work schedules, dress code and parking options.
Ensure all verifications sent out to enrolled BGV vendor are followed up on in a timely manner.
Should manage inbound/outbound inquire calls for Employment, Education, Reference, and Licensing Verifications with third party company
Maintains an accurate record keeping of all tests and results.
