Us Payroll Operations Analyst (Xico)

Discovery is seeking a dedicated US Payroll Analyst to join the Integral Business Services People and Culture Shared Services Payroll Department. The analyst will administer payroll for U.S. employees, conduct payroll audits, and implement best practices in payroll processes. Responsibilities include time‑card entry, processing hours to gross and gross to net, meticulous auditing of payroll results, managing high‑volume, multi‑state payroll, ensuring regulatory compliance across states, and handling payroll for expatriate employees. The analyst will also support special projects, respond to payroll inquiries, and prepare materials for internal and external audits.

• Conduct payroll activities and analyze pay rules using WorkbrainOnline (OTA), Workday Time Tracking, Workday Payroll, and ServiceNow Case Management.
