Position: US Telecom Operations Manager (Fiber & Internet Campaigns)

We are seeking an experienced US Telecom Operations Manager to oversee telecom sales operations, campaign onboarding, compliance, agent management, and partner coordination for U.S.-based fiber and internet campaigns.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage day-to-day telecom campaign operations
• Onboard and train agents and call center teams
• Coordinate campaign launches and operational setup
• Monitor QA, compliance, and performance metrics
• Manage reporting, sales tracking, and operational workflows
• Support onboarding of new telecom partners and campaigns
• Ensure adherence to partner policies and compliance requirements
• Work closely with management to scale telecom operations
