US Telecom Operations Manager

Position: US Telecom Operations Manager (Fiber & Internet Campaigns)
We are seeking an experienced US Telecom Operations Manager to oversee telecom sales operations, campaign onboarding, compliance, agent management, and partner coordination for U.S.-based fiber and internet campaigns.
Key Responsibilities:
Manage day-to-day telecom campaign operations
Onboard and train agents and call center teams
Coordinate campaign launches and operational setup
Monitor QA, compliance, and performance metrics
Manage reporting, sales tracking, and operational workflows
Support onboarding of new telecom partners and campaigns
Ensure adherence to partner policies and compliance requirements Work closely with management to scale telecom operations
Mandatory Requirements:
Proven experience working on U.S. telecom campaigns is REQUIRED
Experience with fiber, internet, TV, or mobility campaigns
