Responsible for the scheduling processing and production of product Ensures processing areas are clean before and after use Monitors and operates the HTST system according to PMO standards including the daily use of computers and HMI systems Responsible for monitoring and adjusting milk unloading schedules as necessary Coordinates CIP systems according to PMO and food safety plans Responsible for the coordination of chocolate batching Identifies process issues andor deviations and escalates to management as necessary Adheres to all company safety procedures and guidelines Uses personal protective equipment Operates machinery and equipment safely Reports any hazards near misses injuries or accidents immediately Actively participates in safety trainings and drills Maintains cleanliness in work areas to prevent accidents Contributes to the continuous improvement of all safety protocols Demonstrates awareness of surroundings to ensu...
