Completes work assignments and priorities by using policies, data, and resources, collaborating with managers, coworkers, customers, and business partners, identifying priorities, deadlines, and expectations, carrying out tasks, communicating progress and information, determining and recommending improvements, and adapting to change, difficulties, and feedback Manages freight flow by moving and loading freight manually and with powered equipment (e.g., pallet jacks, lifts, pacers), identifying, counting, separating, combining, and scanning freight, using warehouse systems, terminals, scales, and scanners, and maintaining records, logs, and forms
Complies with company policies, procedures, and ethical standards by implementing action plans, using the Open Door Policy, and applying policies in daily business practices Maintains work area organization and freight flow by keeping areas clean, stacking empty pallets, and moving pa...
