**Role summary:**
As a Principal Talent Acquisition Partner on the Officer Talent Acquisition team, you will lead Walmart’s internal-only executive hiring efforts, acting as the central driver of planning, execution, and delivery across a high volume of critical leadership roles. You will ensure internal searches move with pace, rigor, and an exceptional candidate experience.
You will partner closely with Executive Recruiters, and Talent Management to unlock internal mobility, reduce friction in the hiring process, and ensure our strongest internal talent is surfaced and advanced effectively. In addition, this role will flex into leading high-impact continuous improvement initiatives that strengthen how we hire.
