Job Description:
  • The Contracts Coordinator is responsible for the creation of purchase orders in the clients' procurement systems for Global Medical. This will be achieved by:
  • Applying client processes, systems, and SOPs
  • Processing of purchase order requests and follow-up to completion in Client system(s)
  • Ensuring appropriateness is applied in coding
  • Work with business owners and legal to resolve contracting issues
  • ACCOUNTABILITIES:
  • Process contracts requests to generate purchase orders (PO) following defined procedures in support of Global Medical teams
  • Follow PO requests from initiation to PO generation, resolving issues as they arise
  • Monitor activities related to the PO generation status, including timely follow-up with parties involved to mitigate any delays
  • Numeric verification of contract values to the PO value
