**Role summary:**

The Senior Manager, Global Sourcing Strategy leads strategic and transformation initiatives that advance Walmart’s Sourcing & Procurement agenda. This role partners with Sourcing, Merchandising, Product Development, Supply Chain, Finance, Technology, and market leaders to define opportunities, build business cases, shape pilots, and create executive-ready recommendations.
The role requires strong problem solving, analytical depth, project leadership, stakeholder influence, and communication. The Senior Manager should be comfortable moving work from strategy to pilot to repeatable execution, while using data, dashboards, automation, and AI tools to improve insight generation, decision-making, and team productivity.
