Job Description
USRN QA – Active USRN & PHRN with Healthcare QA Experience Required
Work Setup: Onsite – Ortigas, Manila Shift: Nightshift Salary Package: Up to PHP 75,000 (depending on experience) Start Date: ASAP
We are currently hiring for a USRN QA with strong healthcare quality auditing experience in a BPO setup.
Requirements:
* Active USRN License (NY License Preferred)
* Must have active PHRN License
* At least 2 years Quality Analyst experience in a BPO setup
* Experience in auditing, adhering to call guidelines, and people management
* Must have strong background in US Healthcare Accounts
* At least 2 years bedside experience
* Must be amenable to onsite reporting in Ortigas
* Willing to work on a nightshift schedule
