Job Summary

Individual is responsible for receiving daily water payments. Must work effectively with the general public to resolve citizen concerns and inquiries promptly. Receive phone calls and visitors, determine the nature of the business, direct calls or visitors to appropriate destinations. Perform routine clerical duties such as cashiering and posting water payments on the computer. The job has no supervisory responsibilities.
