**About the Role**

We’re seeking a dependable, safety-focused **Utility Operator** to join our manufacturing team. In this role, you’ll support production operations by managing material flow, operating a variety of equipment, and ensuring our processes run smoothly and efficiently.

**Key Responsibilities**

+ Manage grinding and planing queues to ensure operators have the materials needed for production.
+ Operate and set up production equipment such as PMVs, powered saws, reclaim grinders, centerless grinders, planers, flippers, and balers.
+ Perform reclaim grinding according to standard operating procedures (SOPs).
+ Conduct TPE puck precision cutting, packaging, and inspection.
