Utility Operator / Technician (Water Plant & HVAC)

Job Purpose

To operate, monitor, and maintain utility systems including water treatment plants and HVAC systems to ensure uninterrupted operation and compliance with GMP requirements in Oral Solid Dosage (OSD) manufacturing.

Key Responsibilities

1. Utility Operations

• Operate chillers, Air compressors, Air Dryer, pumps and cooling towers
• Ensure continuous utility supply to production
• Record operating parameters in logbooks

2. Water Plant Systems

• Operate RO, EDI, softeners and purified water (PW) systems
• Monitor critical parameters (pH, conductivity, pressure, flow, TOC)
• Perform cleaning, regeneration, and sanitization
• Record operating parameters in logbooks

3. HVAC Systems

• Operate AHUs, FCUs and chiller systems
• Monitor temperature, humidity and differential pressure
