Job Description
We are currently supporting our client in their search for an experienced UX Researcher (m/f/d) to join their team in Zurich. This is an exciting opportunity to work in a fast-paced, innovative environment where you will shape user-centered product development and make a meaningful impact on the overall user experience.
In this role, you will independently lead research initiatives across various product areas, helping to inform design and business decisions through deep user insights.
Your Responsibilities
- Plan and conduct end-to-end UX research across product and user journeys
- Design and execute qualitative research studies (e.g. usability testing, interviews, surveys, contextual inquiries)
- Analyse user behaviour and translate insights into actionable recommendations
- Collaborate closely with Designers, Product Managers, Engineers, and fellow Researchers
