- Lead UX research and design processes for digital products (web and mobile) for projects
- Translate abstract requirements and ideas into design approaches and solutions
- Consult with clients to understand requirements and present findings
- Work closely in a team setting and collaborate with developers and project managers
- Perform preliminary UX assessment (heuristic evaluation, competitive analysis, etc.)
- Plan and conduct user research (user interviews, surveys, card sorting, etc.)
- Interpret, analyse and summarise quantitative and qualitative results (affinity maps, personas, user flows, etc.)
- Prototype and iterate ideas of various fidelity for UI design (wireframes, mock‑ups, etc.)
- Author and own clear, concise and complete documentation...
