Vacation Rental Customer Service Teleoperator (Sevilla)

Position Overview

Teleoperator – Your mission is to receive calls and provide customer service for a vacation rental company.

Responsibilities

• Receive calls from customers
• Provide assistance and information regarding vacation rentals

Requirements

• High level of French
• High level of English
• Experience in customer service is highly valued

Offer / Compensation

• 3‑month contract with possibility of continuity
• 39‑hour workday (afternoon/night shift 7:00p.m. to 3:00p.m.) with rotating shift Monday–Sunday and alternate weekends
• Salary of €1,303.97 gross per month plus nighttime bonus of €1.85 per hour (10:00p.m.–6:00a.m.)
• Transportation bonus of €5.99 per day for shifts that extend until midnight or later
