Perform daily checks, first-line fault response, and basic troubleshooting on all automation equipmentCarry out preventive maintenance (PM) tasks on schedule across ASRS, conveyors, AGVs, AMRs, robots, and pallet liftersLog all faults, actions taken, and downtime accurately in the maintenance record systemEscalate faults that cannot be resolved at technician level to the supervisor or engineer promptlySupport vendor technicians during corrective maintenance and system upgradesAssist in testing and commissioning of new equipment or changesMaintain cleanliness and organisation of equipment zones and spare parts storageFollow all safety protocols including LOTO, work permits, and PPE requirementsDSV – Global transport and logistics
