The responsibilities of a Value Centre General Manager are broad, encompassing strategic, financial, operational, and people leadership dimensions:
Strategic Vision & Backlog Ownership:Develop and articulate a clear vision and strategy for the specific value stream, ensuring seamless alignment with the bank's overall business objectives and mission.Own and manage the value stream backlog, meticulously prioritizing initiatives and features based on assessed business value, identified customer needs, and overarching strategic goals.
