Position Summary:

The Value Stream Manager is responsible for leading a defined portion of the manufacturing operation with full ownership of safety, quality, delivery, and cost performance. This individual will oversee daily operations, provide leadership to supervisors and production teams, and drive continuous improvement efforts to enhance efficiency, throughput, and overall performance.

This is a hands-on leadership role that combines operational execution, team development, and process improvement within a fast-paced manufacturing environment.



Key Responsibilities:

Operational Leadership

Lead day-to-day operations within the assigned value stream to ensure production targets are met safely, efficiently, and on time

Own and drive performance across key metrics including safety, quality, delivery, and cost (SQDCI)
