This is a senior individual contributor role responsible for both architecting enterprise culture transformation and activating it through targeted, high-impact talent solutions. The role bridges strategy and execution, translating Micron's Vision, Mission, and Values into lived behaviors through a combination of enterprise-level design and localized, on-the-ground interventions. Success is achieved through thought leadership, cross-functional orchestration, executive influence, and measurable outcomes, not formal authority.
