Varsity Volleyball Coach Reports To: Athletic Director and Building Principal Season: Fall Sports Season Stipend: $2880 Position Summary The Varsity Volleyball Coach is responsible for leading and managing all aspects of the high school varsity volleyball program. The coach will foster student-athlete development through skill instruction, sportsmanship, teamwork, leadership, and character education while maintaining compliance with all school, district, league, and MIAA regulations. The Varsity Volleyball Coach is expected to serve as a positive role model who promotes educational athletics, sportsmanship, teamwork, and student success while developing a competitive and inclusive volleyball program that reflects the values of the school district.
