Job Description
Your Contribution
As a VAT Analyst you will play an important role supporting the Mexican Taxes Team, ensuring day‑to‑day tax operations of the MAHLE’s Mexican companies.
- Respond to government tax, internal or external audit inquiries.
- Maintain records for tax audit.
- Prepare and file VAT refunds.
- Reconciliation of VAT accounts.
- Monthly DIOT.
- Prepare and file monthly tax payments (Income Tax, VAT, withholding taxes).
Your Experience & Qualifications
- Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting.
- 4+ years of tax and/or accounting experience.
- Business fluent in English.
- Good communication, organizational skills, self‑motivated and detail‑oriented.
- Knowledge of ERP systems (SAP).
- Knowledge of Ley del Impuesto al Valor Agregado.
- Knowledge of Excel (Advanced).
