Key Responsibilities:
• Resolve network connectivity and performance challenges
• Respond to service requests in a timely manner
• Conduct firmware updates and configurations
• Document solutions and maintain accurate timesheets
• Participate in team meetings and training sessions
Requirements:
• Minimum 8 years of technical networking experience
• Familiarity with routing, switching, and wireless technologies
• Two or more relevant network certifications required
