Experience with:
- Minimum of Matric
- Proven experience as a Service Advisor in the motor industry (essential)
- Able to manage high customer expectations
- Deal with Technicians and liaise with customers, regarding their vehicles
- Excellent communication skills and a positive and professional disposition
- Strong sense of ownership and follow-through and ability to work under pressure
