Stripper / Fitter / Polisher needed in Stratford-upon-Avon

Salary: £36,000 – £38,000 per annum

Hours: Monday to Friday 08:30 – 17:00 + 1 in 3 Saturday mornings

Contract: Full-time, Permanent

We are looking for a skilled Stripper, Fitter & Polisher to join our client’s growing bodyshop team. This is a hands-on role focusing on dismantling, refitting, and polishing vehicle components, primarily on campervans and specialist vehicles.

Key Responsibilities as a Vehicle Stripper/Fitter:

Strip vehicles for refurbishment or painting, removing panels, trims, and fittings safely

Refit panels, trims, and other components with precision

Polish vehicle surfaces to a high standard of finish

Ensure all work meets manufacturer and workshop quality standards

Support colleagues across the workshop to ensure efficient workflow
