Vehicle Technicians - New Pay Plans. Due to continuing growth we are recruiting for Vehicle Technicians to join the Listers Group across Lincoln, Grantham, Boston and Grimsby to work with brands such as Mercedes, BMW, Mini, Toyota and Lexus. Our packages and new pay plans are industry-leading and are reflective of each applicant's experience and skillset. The basic salaries start from £31,000 up to £43,000. Bonus/OTE range from £38,000 up to £50,000. Our well-equipped and modern facilities provide a professional environment for our staff whilst delivering a seamless service to our customers. We also offer outstanding development opportunities, with ongoing training provided to help you reach your full potential as a Qualified Service Technician or Master Technician.
