Dealership Accounting Coordinator I / DMV & Title Admin I is an individual contributor who supports in-store accounting operations leadership and is a key contributor to ensure effective communication and collaboration between Lithia Home Office (“LHO”), and store operations.


The DAC I generally will report to the Accounting Supervisor.


Responsibilities (NOTE: In some instances, depending on assigned work function, job duties may emphasize certain elements more than others.)


+ Review and submit titling/DMV paperwork for accuracy and completion​
+ Handle vehicle titling and DMV processing
+ Review trade-in documents and ensure compliance
+ Track title status and resolve discrepancies with DMV, lenders, or internal teams
