Sales Experience Assistant – Part Time (20 hrs) – Todo Moda store, Puente Alto

Responsibilities

• Perform all operational tasks affecting the customer experience following the Store Manager’s instructions and the daily procedures set by Operations Retail.
• Operate the cash register according to current procedures, ensuring a smooth billing process and maintaining high standards of purchase experience.
• Maintain visual standards and replenish stock according to the store ROTA and Instore VM instructions.
• Ensure the safety and integrity of staff, customers, and assets through proper use of available resources.
• Keep the Store Manager informed of all activities and any issues occurring in the store.
• Meet the defined customer service standards, perform store cleaning according to the schedule, adhere to personal image standards, and keep product prices updated.
