Vendor Manager – Digital

Key Responsibilities

• Oversee supplier performance management from a digital standpoint, ensuring optimal collaboration and efficiency.
• Act as the primary liaison for Procurement, facilitating seamless communication and alignment.
• Centralize vendor‑related activities within the digital organization and consolidate efforts across all functions.
• Lead the development of new Master Service Agreements (MSAs) and Statements of Work (SOWs), ensuring clarity, compliance, and strategic alignment.
• Develop and define Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) to measure vendor performance.
• Create and maintain scorecards to track and report on vendor performance metrics.
• Regularly review and update KPIs to align with business goals and objectives.
• Monitor and evaluate vendor performance against established KPIs.
