Job Overview

Amazon Mexico Hardlines Retail team is looking for a data‑driven, customer‑obsessed, hands‑on and creative Vendor Manager / SVS. You will own the P&L of the Business & Industrial P&L, drive growth and deliver a best‑in‑class customer experience on .mx.

Responsibilities Look after categories and brands product portfolio, contribute to improvements in the user experience for customers and create detailed monthly reports on performance. Lead presentations and planning sessions with vendors and act as the main point of contact. Provide support to drive growth through detailed analysis of business inefficiencies and identifying solutions. Propose changes to operational processes, drive high customer satisfaction, ensure high‑quality product detail pages and make recommendations for effective marketing campaigns. Own all business functions: onsite marketing, vendor relationship management, and in‑stock management.
