Venture Development Lead, Gaming Incubation

The Department of Culture and Tourism – Abu Dhabi is seeking a Venture Development Manager for a 12-month freelance contract. This role will focus on enhancing Abu Dhabi's gaming ecosystem through the development of early-stage ventures and programs that support Emirati entrepreneurs in the gaming sector.

Responsibilities include designing incubation programs, leading acceleration tracks, and managing partnerships. Ideal candidates will possess 6–8 years of experience, strong problem-solving skills, and a proven track record in venture support initiatives.
