Join the pioneering Creative Destruction Lab at the Rotman School as a Venture Manager. This role focuses on enhancing the growth of science-based ventures through strategic engagement and innovation.
In your role as Venture Manager, you will support CDL-Toronto operations reporting to the Director of Programs. You'll monitor venture performance, recruit new participants, and maintain relationships with project partners. Your strong analytical and organizational skills will be essential for identifying areas for program improvement and demonstrating successful outcomes.
Key Responsibilities:
• Engage and maintain relationships with partners and stakeholders
• Promote CDL offerings through various channels
