Job Description
Adecco is currently supporting upcoming opportunities for **Associate Operations Manager (Venue Operations)** roles in a professional event and venue environment in New York City. We are seeking individuals who are experienced in facility operations, event readiness, and on-site coordination, and who are comfortable working in a fast-paced, multi-venue environment where priorities shift based on daily operational and event needs.
Pay: Up to $30.00hr
This role is well-suited for candidates who can balance hands-on facility oversight with coordination responsibilities across operations teams, vendors, and event stakeholders.
**Schedule**
Candidates must be available to support operations across standard business hours with flexibility based on venue and event activity, including early mornings, evenings, and occasional weekend coverage as required.
Typical operational coverage includes:
