Job Description

THE JOB
 :As an usher, greeter or ticket taker at the WHITE RIVER AMPHITHEATRE, you will greet guests, electronically scan concert tickets/passes/credentials to verify authenticity and allow guests entry into the venue; help to ensure safety, help to maintain the cleanliness of the venue and engage with guests to assist with their needs before, during and after the show.
WHAT THIS ROLE WILL DO:
Greet guests and scan event tickets upon entry to the venue using hand-held electronic scanners.
Examine tickets/passes to verify authenticity.
Assist with keeping the venue safe, clean and presentable to the guest.
Resolve or refer guest complaints or problems.
Provide assistance to guests with special needs, such as helping with seat accommodations.
Guide guests to exits or provide other instructions or assistance in case of emergency.
