Verification Specialist - Auto

TheVerification Specialist, Auto will be responsible for accurate and timely investigation of sub-prime loan applications. Ensure that critical loan approval stipulations are addressed, resolved, and meet company policies. Identify and escalate complex issues as they are identified. Support Dealers, Merchants, Customers, and Internal Partners in handling the appropriate products or services OneMain offers.

In the Role

• Maintain thorough knowledge and understanding of OneMain’s policies and procedures, as well as state and federal laws.
• Comprehensive understanding of verification workflow.
