Vet Surgeon

Key Duties

Deliver high-quality first-opinion veterinary care for small animals Manage a varied caseload, including occasional exotics and wildlife Work collaboratively with an experienced clinical and nursing team Participate in the out-of-hours rota with appropriate support and incentives Maintain excellent clinical standards and client relationships
Working Pattern

Full-time: 4 days per week (8:30am - 7:00pm) 1 in 5 Saturday mornings Out-of-hours: 1 weeknight and 1 weekend in 5, with bonuses per case Sole charge required during out-of-hours and Saturday mornings This structure offers a fair and manageable approach to out-of-hours, supported by strong incentives and team collaboration.
