Job Description
We are seeking an experienced and highly capable Veterinarian to join a regulated scientific and research environment. The successful candidate will provide veterinary oversight across animal research, production, and diagnostic programmes while ensuring compliance with ethical, veterinary, and biosafety standards.
Minimum Requirements:
? BVSc or equivalent veterinary qualification
? Registration with SAVC
? Minimum 5 years’ post-qualification experience
? Leadership or supervisory experience advantageous
? Experience with laboratory and production animals advantageous
? Strong knowledge of veterinary ethics, biosafety, and regulatory compliance
? The ideal candidate will have strong attention to detail, excellent communication skills, and the ability to work within a multidisciplinary scientific environment.
