Veterinary Receptionist
Be the friendly first voice pet owners hear when they need care.
The Animal Rescue League of Iowa is seeking a compassionate and dependable Veterinary Receptionist to join our ARL Afford-a-Care Pet Clinics team. This role provides front-desk support, scheduling assistance, client communication, payment processing, and administrative support to help create a welcoming and efficient clinic experience for clients and their pets.
This is a great opportunity for someone with customer service, reception, scheduling, veterinary clinic, medical office, or administrative experience who enjoys helping people, staying organized, and being part of a mission-driven team.
Schedule:
+ 36 - 40 hours per week
+ Availability Monday through Friday between 7:00 a.m. and 5:00 p.m.
+ Rotating half-day Saturdays from 7:00 a.m. to 12:00 p.m.
