Vicar of Walker Christ Church

Walker is a single urban parish, on the River Tyne to the east of Newcastle city centre. This compassionate congregation is embedded in their community, committed to living out their faith and to sharing the Gospel. As part of the Mission Initiative Newcastle East Bishop’s Mission Order, you will also work with and be supported by stipendiary and lay colleagues across six parishes in Walker, Byker and Walkergate with over twenty-five years’ experience of working together across the area.
