Title: Vice President, Global Business‑Finance Integration

Compensation: RMB 3–5 million per year (open for discussion based on current compensation and expectations)

This role is based in BaoDing, China (1hr from Beijing)

This role serves as the key leader driving the Group’s global finance digitalization and Business‑Finance Integration (BFI) transformation. The successful candidate will be responsible for designing and implementing an integrated business‑finance operating model, connecting business and financial data flows, and building a data‑driven management framework that supports strategic decision‑making.

The position will act as a critical bridge between business operations and finance, transforming finance from a traditional accounting and reporting function into a strategic business partner that enables operational excellence and management effectiveness across the Group’s global operations.
