Vice President, IT Transformation & Regional Service Centre

We are seeking a seasoned and experienced Transformation Leader to join our team, based in Singapore, to lead transformation initiatives across Group IT. This role is responsible for driving Group IT-wide change management, establishing governance framework for software delivery and quality assurance, and supporting strategic programme that covers Operations, Technology and Finance.

Change Management & Communications

• Define and drive division-wide change management strategy, ensuring strong employee engagement and adoption of transformation program.
• Lead the design and execution of communication campaign to promote Technology achievements, updates and success stories.
• Support our transformation initiatives by providing practical support for change readiness, embedding change mindset across the division to drive new ways of measuring impact.
