Job Description
Responsibilities
- Define and evolve global brand identity positioning and storytelling.
- Lead integrated marketing campaigns, partnerships and activations.
- Oversee digital performance marketing, content excellence and emerging platforms.
- Drive marketing plans for new openings and global initiatives.
- Partner cross‑functionally to align marketing with commercial priorities.
- Manage global budgets, KPIs and performance dashboards.
- Inspire and develop a multi‑disciplinary marketing team.
Qualifications
- 15 years in senior marketing leadership with luxury hospitality or lifestyle brand experience.
- Expertise in brand building, digital marketing and global campaigns.
- Strong commercial acumen and multi‑market experience (Middle East, Europe, Asia).
- Exceptional leadership, creativity and stakeholder engagement skills.
