10+ years of progressive leadership experience in fabrication, manufacturing, or assembly environments

3-5+ years in senior or executive manufacturing leadership

Strong background in fabrication, welding operations, assembly, and equipment manufacturing

Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Business Administration, or related field preferred; MBA or Master’s strongly preferred
