Overview

Define and communicate, at the architecture and design level, technical solutions that are aligned with business objectives.

Provide direction for keeping engagements aligned to the bank and GIS strategy with implementation best practices and give hands‑on assistance with the detailed design and implementation phases of engagements through recommendations, points of view, and documentation.

Functional Responsibilities

• Responsible for administrating and maintaining the reliable operation of various enterprise systems platforms
• Responsible for the availability & capacity planning of the banks’ AS/400 systems
• Responsible for the availability & capacity planning of the banks’ IBM Enterprise External Storage
  • PowerHA System Mirroring (for Storage Replication/DR)
  • Advance Copy Services (ACS) point-in-time copy of data – flashcopy
