Job Description
Responsibilities
- Partner with engineering and technology teams to implement Site Reliability Engineer prescribed measures.
- Ensure proper instrumentation, tooling, ticketing, alerting, and on‑call routines for key services.
- Decompose objectives into work units, demonstrating technical expertise within domains.
- Advance efficient solution delivery practices and promote exceptional design and engineering practices.
- Collaborate with Development and Infrastructure teams to understand technical solutions and implement monitoring capabilities per design specifications.
- Develop and maintain reliability scripts, tools, and libraries; mentor SRE resources on reliability practices and established tools.
- Implement code changes to leverage common reliability libraries and tools, and help Application Production Services (APS) and Application Development teams use them.
