Impact Clients is expanding its creative team to empower everyday people with skills to earn high income online. We are looking for a full‑time Video Editor to create short‑form and long‑form content that grabs attention within the first 3 seconds and inspires action.

Responsibilities

• Edit long‑form content such as vlogs, talking heads, and YouTube videos with strong storytelling and pacing.
• Edit short‑form content including Reels, TikToks, YouTube Shorts that hook viewers in 3 seconds and keep them engaged.
• Create clean, fast‑paced short‑form videos in the style of existing examples.
• Brainstorm and collaborate on video ideas, topics, and titles that maximize engagement.
• Work closely with the team to script and finalize concepts.
• Analyze performance data to identify what works and improve future content.
• Collaborate daily with other editors for feedback and skill‑sharing.
