About the Job:

The ideal candidate will be strategy-minded, collaborative and exceptionally organized. You have a deep understanding of both on- and off-platform needs, and the ability to track and translate analytics into actionable insights that match our editorial priorities and business goals.
You will also sharply define WSJ channels on YouTube, building on why each channel exists, and its audience targets. You understand how to engineer long-term growth: channel positioning, audience development, publishing cadence, and content architecture.
